TOTAL WAR:
In 2016 Lykourgos Porfyris began a series of sound performances called TOTAL WAR where he was examining phallocentric, sexist, racist or homophobic stereotypes found on alternative music and political subcultures expressed through music such as black metal, techno, punk, and more.
The afformed mention actions were taking place in public places characterized as stamping grounds of each subculture. The performances were also questioning the notion of public space and how the notion is perceived in the alternative haunts.
The Return Of The Pussy Cop:
A performance against the sexist and homophobic phraseology in anarchist slogans and phraseology.
Anarcock Looser Punk:
A performance against the macho behaviors in the punk scene.
Dancing Proletariat (The Working Class Has The Right To Dance):
A performance against the discrimination of the working class from the bouncers in the clubs of Berlin, such as Berghain.
